Intimate Garden Wedding Ceremonies to Kick-Off Your Life Together!
Small intimate affairs (less than 20) meant to create lasting memories of a special day. Garden Weddings are held at various locations during public hours. Only one garden wedding is scheduled per two-hour period. We are currently scheduling through 2025!
Rate: $200 non-refundable, non-transferable fee that includes admission for 20 persons including the wedding party and guests. Two hours is the maximum time period for the ceremony and photographs. Payment is required upon booking the garden wedding.
Garden Wedding Information:
- The ceremony will be held during public hours and the public may be looking on during the ceremony
- No ceremony site may be reserved; other guests occupying a space may not be asked to relocate. There is no guarantee of specific locations. The garden wedding may not block access to the gardens for other guests
- No alterations to the gardens may be made
- Decorations, runners, tents/canopies, chairs, tables, candles, microphones, live bands, singer(s), musician, groups of musicians, speakers, and musical equipment are not allowed
- Soft recorded music from a portable small player is allowed
- The Conservatory sound system may not be turned down or turned off during the ceremony
- The waterfall in the Tropical Garden may not be turned off during the ceremony
- Public restrooms are available for changing by the bridal party. However, we recommend the bridal party comes already dressed for the ceremony. There is no storage for personal effects
- Garden Weddings do not include a dress rehearsal or use of a rental room
- The 15-guest maximum applies to both indoor and outdoor ceremony locations
- Children in the wedding party or attending as guests must be supervised at all times
- Please be considerate of other visitors by keeping the restrooms and walkways accessible at all times
- The Conservatory validates parking for garden wedding guests at the Civic Center Parking Garage
