Procedure:

Prior to issuing a seasonal mobile ice cream establishment permit, the Department of Health requires a commissary letter indicating where the food product will be stored and where the mobile unit will be held. The applicant must also provide information on the daily sales route including location(s) and time(s) for the mobile unit. A final inspection and full compliance is required prior to the use of the establishment or modified area, as well as the submission of the application and associated fees.
